  1. The 4‚Ä¢8 Card is an inexpensive 16 & 256 color video display adaptor.  It is unaccelerated and therefore has relatively slow redraw rates.

  3. The card may be upgraded to an 8‚Ä¢24 Card with the addition of two Apple VRAM SIMMs.

  5. To use a Rev A 4‚Ä¢8 card with a 16 inch monitor, upgrade to Rev B ROMs.  With Rev B ROMs the 16 inch monitor is supported to 8-bits (256 colors).
